Final site plan approved for Helena Chemical | Collierville Independent

The final site plan for a two story, 51,996-square-foot building that will house an extension of Helena Chemical was approved Monday night by the Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
Scheduled for construction on the northwest corner of Winchester Blvd. and Schilling Blvd., the mixed use building will include 25,998 square feet for the corporate offices of the Southern Business Unit of Helena Chemical on the second floor, and an equal amount of square footage on the first floor for other office and retail space.
Also included in the site plan is a second 9,000-square-foot, retail-only building that will be built in the future when the demand for additional retail space is justifiable.
Last December, the Board approved a seven-year PILOT program for Helena Chemical to limit the real and personal property taxes.
