• Kyle W. Martin (suspect), 100 block of Myra Road, Byhalia, Miss., charged with driving under the influence, refusing to submit to a sobriety test and minor in possession of alcohol.
• Dustin L. Horn (suspect), 100 block of Grove Cove, Byhalia, Miss., charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Zachary D. Rogers (suspect), 500 block of Autumn Meadows Lane, Collierville, charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating the financial responsibility law and failure to exercise due care.
