PUBLIC NOTICE is herewith given that the Collierville Beer Board will meet on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. for a regular meeting in the Board Chambers at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway, to consider the following:

1. Class I – On-Premises Permit:

A. Hickory Tavern located at 4600 Merchants Park Circle, Suite 111

2. Hearings on a violation of the Collierville Beer Ordinance (Title XI, Chapter 116) regarding the sale to or consumption by any person under twenty-one (21) years of age [Section 116.37 (m)] at the following locations:

A. Andy B’s Funquest, LLC located at 440 Highway 72
B. Collierville Express located at 100 East Highway 72
C. On Tap Growlers located at 910-1 West Highway 72
D. Red Robin International located at 10211 Collierville Road
E. Snappy Mart located at 679 West Poplar Avenue

3. Hearings on a violation of the Collierville Beer Ordinance (Title Xi, Chapter 116) regarding the sale to or consumption by any person under twenty-one (21) years of age [Section 116.37 (m)] and failure to allow persons other than those registered with the Beer Board to be left in charge of a beer establishment or sell or serve beer to customers [Section 116.37 (r)] or [Section 116.44 (b)] failure by employees to have an ID badge on the permit holder’s premises at the following locations:

A. Snappy Mart located at 679 West Poplar Avenue

PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN THAT the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the Town of Collierville will meet on Monday, September 28, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway, to consider the following:

St. Patrick Presbyterian Church – Request approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to host food trucks during the Town’s Christmas Parade on the property at the northeast corner of Byhalia Road and White Road (Planning)

Collierville Auto Center – Request approval of an amendment to the 2013 Conditional Use Permit for an auto dealership located on 0.76 acres at 651 W. Poplar Avenue to include the 2.34 acre property located at 615 W. Poplar Avenue and to also allow an automobile repair/garage use at 615 W. Poplar Avenue. (Planning)

Copies of the request are available for review at Town Hall during regular business hours. All persons wishing to comment on the proposed Conditional Use Permits should be present. Written comments will also be accepted.
