PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN THAT the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the Town of Collierville will meet on Monday, August 10, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway, to consider the following:

Ordinance 2015-12 – Belfair Planned Development – Second Reading and Public Hearing – Request approval to rezone 31.69 acres from FAR Forest Agriculture Residential to R-2: Medium Density Residential and 9.89 acres from R-1 Low Density Residential to R-2: Medium Density Residential, located north of Shelton Road, west of Collierville-Arlington Road, and south of the Wolf River. (Planning)

Copies of the Ordinance are available for review at Town Hall during regular business hours. All persons wishing to comment on the proposed Ordinance should be present. Written comments will also be accepted.
